Friends and Family, we are looking forward to the 12th annual Jim and John Olson Memorial Golf Tournament. We hope you can all make it, as it is guaranteed to be a fun event as we remember two great men.

As always, any additional money we bring in will be donated to the Rockford Rescue Mission.

Individual - $85 includes golf, cart, gift bag, awards, keg beer and dinner

Foursome - $340 includes (individual x4)

Sponsor - $450 - Includes foursome, and a thank you for helping this event grow

Dinner Only - $25 per person includes appetizers, dinner, dessert and draft beer

Non-Golfing Sponsor - If you can not attend this year, but would like to help grow the event, we greatly appreciate any donations
