Are Amateurs allowed to play? Yes! Prizes will be awarded in accordance within USGA Rules on Amateur Status

What is the entry fee? $200

How many players will be in the field? 64

How many players will make it to match play? 32

Will there be opportunities for competition for those that do not make it to match play? Absolutely!

What is the anticipated payout? Each player advancing to match play will be awarded a cash prize. The prize will double for each player advancing. Here is our anticipated breakdown for each player:

Round of 32 - $100

Round of 16 - $200

Round of 8 - $400

Semi Finalists - $800

Finalists - $1,600

Champion - $10,000

The Champion will collect over $13,000 and be awarded The Katana Sword. The Runner Up will collect $3,100. Players making it to the Semi Finals that do not advance to the finals will collect $1500 each.

What are the qualifications to enter? For Professionals: Full or Temporary status on any of the major professional golf tours, State Open Champion for past 10 years, Qualifier for US Open or Senior Open for past 10 years

For Amateurs: GHIN Handicap of 1 or better, Qualifying for any USGA event in past 10 years, Champion or Runner up in any state sanctioned championship in the past 10 years.
